What You’ll Be Doing
  • Hunting for new business across key markets and re-engaging lapsed clients
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
  • Building and nurturing accounts post-sale to ensure long-term success and repeat business
  • Positioning tailored training solutions (no product sales) in a consultative, value-led way
  • Collaborating with marketing and internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal systems
What’s on Offer
  • £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission (OTE £60,000+ in year one)
  • 5-8 hours of weekly coaching & development (1-2-1s and group sessions)
