Location: Midlands

Hours: 40 per week | Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 (flexibility required)

Salary: £50,000 base | OTE £100,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive High-Value Sales: Secure new business and expand existing accounts with a minimum revenue target of £5M, leveraging all Kingdom support to exceed this baseline.
  • Client Relationship Leadership: Build trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers, delivering exceptional service and value to maximise client retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform proactive sales strategies and gain market share.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with organisational objectives and ambitious revenue targets.
  • Lead & Inspire Teams: Structure, coach, and motivate teams to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
  • Performance Management: Set and monitor personal KPIs, implement processes that drive accountability and measurable results for yourself and those around you.
  • Culture & Collaboration: Promote a high-performance, collaborative culture focused on recognition, innovation, and results.
  • Conflict & Succession Management: Proactively address client or team challenges and develop succession plans to sustain business growth.

  • Proven High-Impact Sales Record: Track record of consistently achieving multi-million-pound targets in B2B markets.
  • Security Industry Background: Ideally you will have a sound knowledge and understanding of the security industry.
  • Client-Focused Negotiator: Skilled at influencing and closing with senior stakeholders, delivering value-driven solutions.
  • Results-Oriented: Relentless focus on hitting ambitious revenue goals; £5M is just the starting point.
  • Effective Communicator: Confident presenter and communicator, capable of inspiring teams and clients alike to want to know more.
  • Commercial & Strategic Mindset: Ability to identify growth opportunities, plan strategically, and execute effectively.
  • Technical & Process Proficiency: Strong in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & CRM systems.
  • Compliance & Professional Integrity: Process-driven and committed to regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards.
