Location: Blackfriars, London. Schedule: Full-time, Office-based (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Executive to manage inbound customer leads, drive new business opportunities, and support projects from concept to completion. This role involves a mix of client‑facing communication, strategic outreach, and hands‑on project involvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Follow‑Up: Contact and qualify inbound leads from the website, understanding customer goals and project requirements.
  • Project Scoping: Gather full scope information, prepare briefs, and liaise with the estimating team.
  • Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction.
  • Site Visits: Conduct on‑site surveys when needed to gather information and assess feasibility.
  • Outbound Business Development:
    • Conduct cold calls using internal databases to identify opportunities and set up meetings.
    • Reach out to architects, developers, contractors, and other potential partners to establish new relationships and win business.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions as required to promote the company and build brand presence.
