Business Development Manager

Are you a driven sales professional looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, on behalf of our client, to lead sales growth, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to drive revenue across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively drive new business, targeting residential, commercial, and logistics sectors.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans across multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Manage leads, quotations, and client follow-ups to achieve high conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular KPI and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and product development.
  • Deliver engaging client presentations and product demonstrations.

About You:
  • Minimum 5 years' sales and business development experience.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.
  • Experienced in using CRM systems to manage pipelines and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
  • Knowledge of technology-driven solutions or logistics is a plus.
