Business Development Manager (BDM) – Buy to Let Mortgages

Field based – W London (TW, KT, SM, SL, CR, SW London, W London, LU, AL, HP, WD, UB, RG, OX)

£40-55,000

You are required to live within the patch covered

We are looking for a candidate who can drive mortgage business growth by developing new intermediary relationships, managing existing broker accounts, and promoting the company's buy to let mortgage products.

This role is open to current BDMs / IBDMs who are looking for their first field based Position

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current mortgage intermediaries.
  • Identify and onboard new intermediaries to grow mortgage business volumes.
  • Promote the company's mortgage range, USPS and criteria to ensure awareness and to align with broker needs.
  • Provide training, support, and updates on product changes to brokers.
  • Work closely with our pre and post offer teams to ensure a seamless application-to-completion process.
  • Reporting on competitor activity and market trends to assist our senior management team to shape our proposition.
