Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | PROJECT CONSULTANT

Location: MIDLANDS | NATIONAL UK (when required)

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A FIXED AND FIELD BASED ROLE THEREFORE CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED WITHIN A REASONABLE COMMUTE TO MY CLIENTS NORTH LEICESTERSHIRE OFFICES (45 MIN - 1 HOUR MAX).

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST BE PREPARED TO TRAVEL AROUND THE UK AS & WHEN REQUIRED HOWEVER A MAJORITY OF PROJECT BASED WORK WILL BE LOCATED IN CENTRAL ENGLAND.

Responsibilities
  • Taking the lead in finding, pitching, and winning exciting new workplace projects.
  • Managing and growing key end-user accounts in sectors like tech, law, finance, insurance, and investment.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with decision makers, designers, project managers, and consultants.
  • Leading projects from the first conversation through to delivery, with full team support.
  • Bringing ideas into play by contributing to sales strategy and market growth plans.
  • Representing the business at industry events, networking, and spotting opportunities before the competition.
Professional Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in office fit-out, D&B and workplace solutions (5+ years).
  • Confidence presenting creative proposals that inspire clients and win buy-in.
  • Strong commercial acumen - balance client vision with project profitability.
  • A passion for design, wellbeing, and creating inspiring workplaces.
