We are looking for a Business Develoment Manager to work on a permanent basis near St Neots.

Our client is seeking someone with a background in Sales/Business Development who has familiarity with the construction sector.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales across a full range of timber and building products, working closely with the existing sales team and senior leadership.

You will be responsible for managing projects and jobs through HubSpot CRM, taking ownership of key product ranges, and actively promoting both established and innovative products within the market. This is a permanent, full-time position.

About You
  • Proven experience selling into the merchant, building, or construction market
  • An experienced Sales Manager with strong sales and account management capability
  • Proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable taking ownership of product ranges
  • Essential experience within the timber sector
