This is a field-based role for an experienced Business Development Manager or Executive. The position offers a guaranteed salary of £60,000 in the first year, with an OTE of £110,000 and top earners reaching over £150,000. Benefits include a car allowance of up to £5,000 or a company car (Tesla or other electric/hybrid vehicles), along with other incentives.

Our client is an award-winning provider of Health and Safety, HR, and Employment Law services, with over 80 years of supporting business owners and senior leaders. This is a sales-led organization seeking motivated individuals to contribute to its growth.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Generating new leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive business activities.
  2. Attending and closing sales appointments.
  3. Meeting with potential introducers and referral partners.
  4. Achieving quarterly sales targets.
  5. Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  6. Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
