Overview

Business Development Manager – Location: Edinburgh, Dundee, Falkirk. Salary: 45k + Company Vehicle + Bonus Scheme (£60-80k OTE).

Responsibilities
  • Identifying new business opportunities and devising strategies to increase sales
  • Building and nurturing relationships with potential clients and key decisionmakers.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends
  • Collaborating with the marketing teams to create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Representing the business at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
  • Developing proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Tracking sales data and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Working closely with the product development team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintaining positive client relationships.
What We're Looking For / Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in new business development - Face to Face
  • A proven track record of developing and closing business deals.
  • Experience in B2B face to-face sales, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal development abilities.
  • A strong work ethic, dedication, and a drive for success.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
