We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and business development, working with existing and new customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in London and the South East.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Attend business networking events and industry trade shows to generate growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the fire alarm and security industry.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the role.
  • Strong understanding of fire alarm and security systems and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Preferably experience in Sim Pro.
