The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and establish long-term client relationships.

This is a consultative sales role where you will engage with senior decision-makers, gain a deep understanding of their business challenges, and demonstrate how tailored technology solutions can deliver real, measurable value. Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach

Build, manage, and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline

Qualify leads and contribute to wider business development initiatives

Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records

Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless journey from initial engagement through to deal close

About You

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation

Highly target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach

Confident using CRM systems and modern sales tools
