Vanrath is excited to collaborate with a premier Healthcare provider, they are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Executive.

The successful candidate will be based in our Belfast City Centre office.

Monday - Friday role, hybrid available.

The Role:

This role is key to building strong relationships with nursing homes and healthcare providers while also delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns. You will play a vital part in helping care staff access the high-quality training they need to meet regulations and improve standards of care.


This is a varied role, combining face-to-face visits with online marketing, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact while developing your own career in healthcare marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building & Outreach:
  • Visit nursing homes, care facilities, and healthcare providers to promote our training programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and staff to encourage them to attend training.
  • Represent the agency at meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Develop and implement online campaigns (social media, email, Google Ads, website updates).
  • Create engaging content such as flyers, brochures, social posts, and blog articles.
  • Grow our online presence and generate leads through digital platforms.
  • Sales & Growth:
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with healthcare organisations.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance to measure success and ROI.
  • Work closely with the training team to align marketing with business goals.
The Person:
  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within healthcare, training, or education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage care home staff.
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, able to manage your own workload and meet targets.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel locally to nursing homes and healthcare providers.
Desirable
  • Experience marketing within the healthcare or care home industry.
  • Knowledge of compliance training and workforce development in healthcare.
Working Hours & Flexibility

This role offers flexibility with a mix of field visits, office-based work, and remote digital marketing. Travel to local nursing homes and healthcare providers will be a regular part of the job. Some flexibility may be required around training schedules and events.
