A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Executive based in Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the automotive sector. The role involves managing client relationships, developing strategic account plans, and identifying new business opportunities. A valid driving licence is essential. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits including a company car and pension.

Package : Up to 32k Base Salary / 40k OTE with a Tax Efficient company vehicle.

Manage and develop new client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within your region.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs promptly.
Identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present detailed reports on daily / monthly sales growth.
Proven experience in account management preferably within the automotive or related industry.
Strong understanding of automotive valeting services and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Candidates must have a full and valid driving licence
