About your role

As a Business Development Executive at Suntory, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth of our iconic brands across your own territory. This field-based role spans customers in Wholesale, Convenience, and Out of Home Foodservice channels. You’ll be the face of Suntory in your area, developing strong relationships and delivering best-in-class plans that create value for customers, consumers, and the business. Your success will be measured by your ability to increase distribution, improve rate of sale, and grow volume sustainably, all backed by robust evaluation and insight.

What You'll Do

You’ll take ownership of your territory, building trust and credibility with customers while identifying and converting business development opportunities into impactful activations. You’ll ensure Suntory brands are visible, available, and well-distributed across your accounts, while managing administrative tasks with precision. You’ll bring commercial plans to life in-store, securing prime feature space and secondary placements, and activating promotional campaigns that drive results. Financially, you’ll manage your territory’s profit and loss, align joint business plans with commercial priorities, and ensure effective use of investment. Your work will be guided by clear KPIs, both internal and external, that reflect your impact on visibility, distribution, sales, and compliance.
