Business Development Executive | Leamington Spa, Warwickshire | Full Time | £32,000-£35,000 per year (DOE)

Tecman is a rapidly growing manufacturing SME, providing end-to-end support to its customers—from engineering and technical expertise to high-volume manufacturing. Serving the Wind Energy and Automotive sectors, with a strong focus on the evolving EV market, Tecman works directly with OEMs as a trusted advisor, helping customers stay ahead in their field.

  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and setting up discovery calls for Business Development Managers
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM
  • Assisting with email campaigns, webinars, and events
