Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an industry leading Software Company who are recruiting a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team, based in the outskirts of Oxford.

The successful candidate will hold experience in either a sales role or be looking to develop a career within sales and take responsibility for creating appointments with key stakeholders in businesses in an array of industries based throughout the UK.

There is an excellent remuneration package on offer including a basic salary of c£30k DOE, with an uncapped commission structure, alongside 30 days holidays, 23 personal development days a year, £700 a year to spend on anything which aids your work-life balance, a fully paid month-long sabbatical after 5 years’ service and flexible working options.   • Deliver a multi-channel approach to generate new business with both new and existing clients

  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales key performance indicators such as number of new customer contacts, number of lead conversions and number of closed sales
