Are you a motivated Sales professional with a passion for logistics and customer service? Alternatively, are you an experienced Operations professional that wants to try their hand at sales? If so, this opportunity could be for you.

About You

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused sales professional who can combine commercial acumen with a genuine passion for logistics.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Managing the new business sales pipeline and identifying potential clients using CRM and lead generation tools.
  • Building relationships through proactive outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Understanding client supply chain needs and providing bespoke logistics solutions.
  • Preparing and following up on quotations and proposals to secure bookings.
  • Supporting client meetings and assisting with new account onboarding.
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Working towards monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Experience :
  • Proven experience in an sales or operational role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Strong multimodal knowledge - ocean, air and road freight.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and quoting tools.
  • A proactive, resilient attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
