Location: London (Fully Remote for Now)

Salary: £26,000–£32,000 DOE

Commission: Uncapped – Based on net profit generated

Future: Potential hybrid / office role as the business expands

As we grow across London and the South East, we are expanding our commercial and community partnerships – and we are looking for a driven, warm and relationship‑focused Business Development Executive to help us continue that mission.

About the Role

This is a London‑based, fully remote position (for now), ideal for someone who thrives in a self‑managed environment, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to play a key role in the growth of a values‑led organisation.

You will be responsible for building relationships, generating enquiries, and driving visibility of Share Your Care across London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Lead Generation
  • Generate new care, cleaning, and ear‑care enquiries through outbound calls, emails, community contacts, LinkedIn and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of private‑pay clients.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial or referral partnerships.
Partnership & Community Outreach
  • Connect with GP surgeries, pharmacies, community groups, health & social care teams, estate agents, and wellbeing organisations.
  • Represent Share Your Care at community meetings, virtual events, and local networking sessions.
  • Build long‑term relationships to drive sustainable referrals.
Marketing & Sales Support
  • Help produce content, outreach messages, offers and promotional materials.
  • Work with leadership to shape our service positioning and client journey.
Client Journey & Conversion
  • Respond to enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Reporting & Performance
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes, lead tracking and weekly KPI reports.
  • Provide insights on market trends, referral patterns and competitor activity.

  • Is confident, articulate and great with people
  • Has strong organisation and time‑management skills
  • Works well independently in a remote environment
  • Enjoys building relationships and growing new opportunities
  • Is ethical, compassionate and aligned with care‑sector values
  • Has experience in BD, sales, recruitment, care, hospitality, field sales, or community engagement (preferred but not essential)
Salary, Commission & Development
    Therefore, policy: Salary: £26,000–£32,000 DOE
  • Uncapped commission on profit generated
  • Clear progression to BD Manager within 6–12 months
