A leading recruitment agency is seeking a passionate Business Development Executive in Andover. The role involves driving business growth through client engagement and lead generation. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as a company pension and annual bonus structure.
Our client is a well-established company and have been working delivering prestigious feature staircases since 1974. They are experts in providing creative solutions for turnkey staircases of the highest quality.
The success of the company lies in the commitment from the team and the passion that they possess about our products in order to provide an outstanding service to clients. They are recognised for providing creative solutions and having the ability to collaborate through outstanding project management experience.
Our client is a project led business and looks to secure 10 - 15 projects per year, so quality not quantity is the goal. The cost of the projects can range from £250k to £2.5m.
As the Business Development Executive within the team you will be pivotal to the ongoing success of our client.
There is always a continuous requirement for my client to be recognised as market leaders and the BDE will continuously reach out to pipeline and new clients to demonstrate this in terms of design, value and quality of turnkey feature staircases.
It would be desirable to have industry experience, but not essential. However, you must have a head for sales and the sales process.
