The Group Business Development Director is responsible for defining and leading the commercial, growth and marketing strategy for RCI Group. This role works across the entire portfolio, providing strategic direction, shaping commercial frameworks and ensuring that the Group is well positioned for sustainable expansion. The post holder will collaborate with senior leaders, business founders and external partners to identify opportunities, guide decision making and maintain the coherence and quality of all Group level commercial activity.
