A leading waste management company is seeking a Business Data Analyst to bring data to life across teams. The role involves ensuring data quality, delivering training, and creating actionable insights. The ideal candidate has a STEM degree and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI and Excel. The position offers a full-time, hybrid working environment with a salary between £45,000 and £55,000.

LondonEnergy operates the second largest waste contract in the UK, handling and processing nearly 750,000 tonnes of London’s waste every year. We have a dedicated team of people working across our various North London sites, making a positive difference to the environment and the local community.
By processing household waste at our facility, we produce enough waste to energy to power 80,000 homes every year and recycle 70% of items through our Reuse and Recycling Centres.
About the role:
As a Business Data Analyst with a focus on data engagement, your role will be to bring the data to life with business. You’ll spend time with teams across LEL, helping them understand what data is available, how to use it effectively, and how it can shape better decision making. You’ll work closely with the Data Manager to ensure that data is in good quality, new dashboards, reports, and processes are designed around real user and the business needs—and that staff feel confident using them.
This role is a unique opportunity to sit at the heart of that transformation, working directly with teams across the organisation to help embed change, build understanding, and turn data into actions.
