Overview

As a business consultant you will be responsible for delivering value to Bloomreach's clients through the deployment and use of the Engagement Platform. You will support clients in the implementation phase with business requirements gathering, data structure preparation, data migration, and automated programs deployment. You will be a key advisor for clients regarding e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation and emailing + mobile technologies. You will build strong relationships with clients by driving continuous improvement, maximizing platform utilization and improving KPIs/ROI. You will develop business strategy and a roadmap with clients in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager, aligning on relevant business goals and critical metrics. You will become an expert in a chosen part of the platform to lead and advise clients and internal stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in onboarding, platform adoption and features utilization.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver value to Bloomreach's clients through the Engagement Platform.
  • Support clients in implementation: gather business requirements, prepare data structures, manage data migration, and deploy automated programs.
  • Advise clients on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, and emailing + mobile technologies.
  • Build strong client relationships by driving continuous improvement, maximizing platform utilization, and improving KPIs/ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to develop business strategy and a roadmap with clients; align on goals and critical metrics.
  • Develop expertise in a chosen platform area to lead and advise clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to onboarding, platform adoption and feature utilization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build services around the product and contribute to internal process improvement.

Qualifications
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in a consulting role within a SaaS environment.
  • Working knowledge of at least one Bloomreach Engagement platform feature.
  • Experience in online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalization, campaign optimization, customer lifetime value, e-mailing automation, reactivation, attribution modelling, prediction, product recommendations, or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce business and trends; ability to understand clients' business models and adapt consulting approach.
  • Excellent consulting skills: clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, stakeholder management, organizational skills, proactive problem solving.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations in a proactive, goal-oriented, professional way.
  • Commitment to maintaining expertise through learning opportunities and self-study.
  • Native or professional fluency in English.
