  • Ensure effective design is a permanent feature of each change, ensuring standards are met and there is clear line of sight from strategy to delivery.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on sophisticated, high‑profile topics, bringing clarity to support decision making; outline options and the reasons for them to our partners.
  • Maintain governance arrangements and standards for business information, escalating impacts, risks and issues appropriately.

  • Provide architectural viewpoints to programmes and projects; ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience modelling business architecture artefacts using a variety of tools and techniques; developing standard and scalable models as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage and negotiate with key stakeholders at appropriate levels; includes written and verbal communications as well as visualisations.
  • Ability to lead design discoveries and influence multi-functional teams.
  • Creative and flexible approach to working in challenging and sometimes ambiguous environments, shifting direction if necessary while maintaining progress.
  • Understanding of and ability to apply architectural principles, methods, and tools to business challenges.
  • Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected approaches, documentation and diagrams and articulate their collective relevance to the department through the lens of business capabilities.
  • Experience visualising and building high-level models for future analysis to extend and mature the department's critical thinking.
