Business Analyst

Location: Bucks, Hybrid one day a week in the office

Day rate: £500pd - £550pd, Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, working on high-impact initiatives within Financial Services. The successful candidate will have strong Salesforce experience, a solid understanding of regulated environments, and a proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, technology teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions that support business growth, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across Financial Services initiatives
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
  • Support the design, configuration, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud)
Key Skills & Experience required
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
  • Hands‑on experience working with Salesforce in a business or systems analysis capacity
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and systems integration
  • Experience working in regulated environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
