Job description
Technical Skills: (Primary)
  • Business Analyst within 7 to 11 years of overall experience and minimum 4 years of experience in P&C insurance.
  • Experience in managing product implementation in Duck Creek platform
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Home Owners product (HO3, HO6)
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows and create detailed documentation including business requirements functional specifications and use cases
  • Solution Design: Work closely with the technical team to design and implement Duck Creek solutions that meet business needs
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users on Duck Creek applications and processes
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek technologies Policy
Soft Skills
