A veterinary organization in Greater London is looking for a Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering and quality assurance testing of software applications. The ideal candidate will have a Professional Business Analysis qualification and proven experience in delivering projects on time and to quality standards. This role involves creating documentation, influencing business change, and developing business cases. This role is 3 days per week
You will work alongside the Head of IT Project Management, software developers and internal departments to gather the business requirements for new and enhanced software and applications; you will support and influence business change by building business cases and examining existing processes to identify improvements. You will lead on quality assurance testing of internal software and application development and support user acceptance testing with business teams. You will assist the Chief Digital Officer with influencing a Digital First agenda.
