A recruitment agency is seeking a Business Analyst to manage detailed requirements for the Digital Marketplace program. The ideal candidate has experience in large-scale, tech-based transformations and can bridge business needs with technical specifications. This role offers flexibility to work mostly remotely, with occasional on-site meetings in the North-West. Ideal for candidates with recruitment or HR experience.
The Business Analyst (BA) will be a critical bridge between the front office (business needs) and the technology development team, managing the detailed, day-to-day requirements for the next wave of the Digital Marketplace program. This role involves translating high-level business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring clear communication and expectation management across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis on large-scale, tech-based transformation programs.
This role can be worked mostly remotely with occasional workshops and meetings in the North-West. So proximity to this location is preferred.
