Responsibilities

You will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex transformation and technology programmes. You'll work with stakeholders to understand their challenges, define requirements, and translate ideas into actionable solutions that deliver measurable results. From analysing processes and data to shaping digital operating models, you'll be central to driving efficiency, clarity, and progress.

You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams across technology, delivery, and strategy – bringing your analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills to projects that keep the country safe. Key Requirements
  • Current UK Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methods, including process modelling, requirements elicitation, and use case development.
  • Experience delivering within Transformation or complex delivery programmes.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex information, presenting insights clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience with data visualisation and analytical tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikSense).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Experience working in Defence, Security, or Public Sector environments.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
