Required Skills

- Knowledge of bio-informatics, NGS, Bio Banking, LIMS, SQL scripts, Build creation and data loading

- Understanding of compliance frameworks - FDA, HIPAA, 21CFRPart11

- Agile practices and processes

- Will participate in overall testing cycle, from estimation, defining test scenarios, reviews, trainings, execution to sign off on release, within the compliance framework (FDA, HIPAA, 21CFR Part 11)

Responsibilities

-In depth domain knowledge of NGS, Bio Banking, LIMS

- Elicitation and Interaction with the client to understand the requirements

- Converting the client requirements into business requirements which enable the technical team to build a solution

- FDA experience to enable creating checklists for FDA validation and ensuring compliance.

- Designing Test scenarios for validating implementation of requirements

- Good understanding of SQL scripting for data loads

- Good Communication Skills and client interaction

- Knowledge of health care & life sciences domain and regulatory (FDA, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)

- Excellent communication skills as this is a client front ending role
