Overview
We’re hiring a Business Analyst to join our Bradford-based team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation to work from the office two days per week.
As part of our Transformation function, you’ll play a key role in supporting Project Managers across strategic initiatives in HR, Payroll, and Legal. If you're passionate about solving problems, streamlining processes, and driving operational efficiency, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Blume and beyond, helping shape smarter ways of working.
What will you be doing?
- Evaluating current business processes to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Leading initiatives to enhance workflows, automate tasks, and implement new technologies
- Interpreting data to generate insights into performance and trends
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor progress and outcomes
- Using data visualisation tools to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Supporting full project lifecycles — from planning through to delivery
- Helping embed new processes and technologies across the business
- Providing ongoing support and resolving issues during transitions
We tend to look for people with:
Essential
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Organised, resilient, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- High attention to detail and critical thinking.
Desirable:
- Business Analysis certifications (e.g., BCS).
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Project management experience.
