Job description

In this role, you will support Agile Ultr delivery squads across a key client programme, working closely with Service Designers, Technical Project Managers, developers and front‑line client staff to understand slučaju define and document requirements. You will contribute to continuous improvement across analysis practices, helping teams maintain clarity, momentum and focus on user outcomes within a fast‑paced Agile environment. • Ensure requirements are visible, traceable and embedded into design and backlog refinement
• Collaborate closely with Service Designers, Product and Delivery leads

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering digital services in an enterprise Agile environment

• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing skills
• Proficiency using Jira, Confluence and similar backlog management tools
• Experience working within public sector or government digital services environments
• Experience of data analysis would be a positive advantage
