A local authority organization is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join its team for an 18-month contract. The role is pivotal in supporting IT programmes through effective stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering. Candidates must have extensive business analysis experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and translate complex business requirements into IT solutions. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Team for an 18‑month contract to support the organisation in the delivery of its IT programmes. The role involves liaising with staff in departments, running workshops and meetings and documenting requirements. It is essential that you have extensive experience of conducting business analysis on complex IT and/or business change projects in large organisations, articulating business ideas, suggestions and problems in technology terms.

This role offers flexibility, with a mix of home and office based working, for which an ability to build effective working relationships is essential.
