What You’ll Do
Strategic Analysis & Problem Solving
  • Conduct research, collect data, and build structured analyses that support client decision-making
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, narratives and recommendations
Client Interaction & Delivery
  • Present findings to internal teams and client stakeholders in clear, concise formats
  • Support workshops, working sessions and interviews with senior leaders
Entrepreneurial & Internal Development
  • Contribute to thought leadership, internal problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Support the growth of the Strategy in Action ecosystem, including product feedback and experimentation with AI-driven tools
Ways of Working
  • Work in a non-hierarchical, collaborative environment with direct access to senior leaders
  • Travel occasionally across Europe and beyond based on project requirements

Qualifications
Education
  • A degree in a quantitative, analytical or business-related field (e.g., Economics, Management, Engineering, STEM). A Master’s is a plus but not required - strong Bachelor’s candidates with relevant work experience are equally encouraged to apply.
  • A track record of strong academic performance (typically 2:1 or above, or international equivalent).
Experience
  • 0.5–2 years of relevant experience (consulting, strategy, analytics, PMO, finance, start-up roles)
Skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (other analytical tools are a plus)
Personal Traits
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Curious, humble, and eager to learn
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
