We’re growing our workflow transformation team and looking for a Business Analyst who’s excited about technology, process improvement and learning new tools.

This is a permanent role.

Paying up to £75k

Insurance experience is essential

You’ll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our clients workflow solution, decisions , and helping the business get the most out of it.

You don’t need to be an expert in the tool already — you just need the curiosity, technical mindset and willingness to become one. The current SME (soon to be your manager) will mentor you as you grow into the role.

What you’ll do

• Analyse business processes and help shape workflow solutions using the Decisions platform
• Become the go-to BA for workflow enhancements, optimisation and user adoption
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and work with the SME / tech team to deliver improvements
• Support troubleshooting, improvements and iterative development
• Collaborate with a strong, supportive and energetic team to drive better ways of working
