About Corndel
At Corndel, we are redefining professional learning for the modern workplace. As the UK’s leading provider of leadership, data, and AI training, our mission is simple: to deliver brilliant training that transforms careers and drives organisational success. We believe that learning should be practical, personalised, and impactful—helping individuals and businesses thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Our approach combines award-winning coaching, cutting‑edge digital delivery, and world‑class academic insight. Every programme is designed to blend technical capability with essential human skills, ensuring learners can apply knowledge immediately to create measurable results.
We are proud to partner with Imperial College London, one of the world’s most prestigious universities, and to be supported by Microsoft. Corndel works with many of the UK’s leading employers, including FTSE 100 companies and public sector organisations, delivering programmes that are fully funded through the Apprenticeship Levy.
As a Business Analyst at Corndel, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess and improve processes, utilise data analysis to identify problems and opportunities, and develop comprehensive requirements that drive business success.
To do this successfully, you will have extensive skills in problem definition and requirements elicitation allowing you to get to root cause and need, to break the requirements down, and prioritise effectively.
You will work closely with technical, project, and operational teams to design and implement solutions which span multiple technologies including learner management systems, CRM, automations, AI, and data integrations to name a few.
To be successful, you will need to have a deep understanding of the full range of platforms and solutions and take a technology‑agnostic approach when defining requirements. We’re on the journey towards Agile working, so you will be comfortable in using the framework and a subject matter expert in the business to support others in adoption.
As part of our commitment to create an inclusive workplace where all colleagues can be their true selves, excel in their roles and progress in their careers, we recognise the importance of embracing the diversity in the working population and making Corndel a fully accessible employer.
