Job description

An innovative property development company is seeking to expand its technology function and an important hire for the team is a capable Business Analyst, to join them on a permanent basis.

This individual will join the business at a transformative time to support the delivery of systems and data projects across the company's technology roadmap with a focus on property management technologies such as IWMS/CAFM/PMS.

The roadmap entitles six digital programmes including: Infrastructure & Comms, Operational Systems, Data, Commercial, Service Management, and Customer Experience.

The ideal candidate will be a Business Analyst with experience and proficiency in process modelling (BPMN), user stories, and data analysis (Power BI) ideally within the PropTech/property management/property development industry. Power Automate knowledge would be a plus.

Additionally, the main responsibilities involve:

  • Requirements elicitation: workshops, interviews, user stories, acceptance criteria.
  • Process analysis and mapping (BPMN), capability modelling and gap analysis.
  • Work with third party vendors and stakeholders to provide solution design input and configuration guidance for operations systems.
  • During project implementation, support quality assurance and user acceptance testing and defect triage.
  • Work with suppliers, Estates and Facilities, Property Development, Finance, HR and Communications to align designs to capability requirements.
