Qualifications

  • Experience with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or operational role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting, managing, and analyzing large volumes of data and stock information.
  • Assisting with key account management.
  • Creating sales offers and ensuring pricing details are accurate.
  • Processing sales orders and coordinating with the warehouse.
  • Creating invoices, credit notes, and shipping documentation.
  • Raising purchase orders and recording supplier information.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities

Education

Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C (or equivalent)

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Business Administrator/Manager to join our client's team on a nine/twelve-month maternity cover contract. (Potential full-time position available) The role will support our sales, buying, and inventory management functions and requires strong Excel skills.

Our client is a fast-paced and rapidly growing business operating within global fashion B2B trade. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in day-to-day operations.

The role is expected to begin as soon as possible and will include an initial handover period before full responsibility is assumed. Initial training will take place in Corby, for the main role to then be located in Peterborough or Stamford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sorting, managing, and analyzing large volumes of data and stock information
  • Assisting with key account management
  • Creating sales offers and ensuring pricing and details are accurate and up to date
  • Processing sales orders, liaising with the warehouse to coordinate packing and updating records
  • Creating invoices, credit notes, and shipping documentation
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuring all required supplier information is received and recorded

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Requirements

Training will be provided and based in Corby (NN18) 6 weeks.
