An educational institution in Barnsley seeks an Administrative Support professional for a full-time role. You will assist with recruitment, manage documentation, and provide data for payroll, while supporting HR functions. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a full UK driving licence. Training will be provided through a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, ensuring thorough skill development in a collaborative environment.
We provide residential homes for adults aged 16-65 with learning disabilities. Our administration team is close-knit, and we are looking for someone who will fit in well, understands our environment, and is passionate about the work we do.
The role is based in Great Houghton, with travel required to sites in Sprotbrough and Denby Dale, so a full UK driving licence is essential. Due to the nature of the position, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
The role is 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Training will be delivered on site and off the job, either at Barnsley College or within the workplace. The successful applicant will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
