Job description
What you’ll be doing
  • Welcoming clients and ensuring a professional, friendly first impression
  • Answering calls, taking and passing on messages
  • Managing the CRM system, including updating client records and matching fees
  • Preparing pre-meeting documents such as valuations and illustrations
  • Scheduling and following up client appointments
  • Handling incoming post and scanning documents to client files
  • Assisting with quarterly client mailings
  • Distributing emails received through the company website
  • Supporting the Customer Relations Manager with client suitability reports after annual reviews
Training provided
  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
  • Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • Training delivered in the workplace
Requirements
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in maths and English (grades 4–9)
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) – training will be given
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
  • High attention to detail
