C&C Search is currently recruiting a Business Assistant / Senior Business Assistant for a global bank. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally renowned organisation with a collaborative culture, and hybrid working in London.

Position: Business Admin Assistant

Salary: £40-£45,000 (hourly rate)

Hybrid set up: Hybrid (London office) 2 days WFH

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide full clerical and administrative support to the General Manager and sales team, including scheduling, travel bookings, expense management, internal reporting, and general office coordination
  • Support front-line sales activities through client communication, negotiation support, and executing tasks under direction from senior sales staff
  • Identify and elevate any operational issues or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution with guidance from senior team members
  • Manage full delivery and documentation processes for import/export activities, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, logistics providers, and the London Process Centre to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Prepare, check, and process key business documents including shipping documents, contracts, invoices, and insurance certificates, using SAP and internal systems
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, and overseas departments
