The successful candidate will work as shift pattern as part of a team operating the terminals to ensure the safe receipt, storage and re-delivery of fuel to both inland and marine customers.
Responsibilities
- Supplying marine vessels with fuel via pipeline.
- Loading and discharge of road tankers, discharging of marine vessels to terminals.
- Dipping and sampling of product tanks.
- Operating and controlling inter tank transfers.
- Ensuring equipment is always maintained to be fully functional and safe to operate, to be utilised as appropriate to the task and in line with operating and HSE standards.
- Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards within the operating areas.
- Conducting maintenance and husbandry tasks in and around the terminals and tank farms.
- Confirming receipts and deliveries correspond with paperwork and investigate discrepancies.
- Continuously promoting a pro‑active HSEQ culture, ensuring participation and compliance with meetings, procedures, work instructions, Company initiatives etc. Assisting audits as required.
- Building effective relationships across the business, continually seeking to improve operations and identify cost savings. Responding quickly and accurately to Customer issues and queries.
- Promoting a positive image of the Company through first class service delivery and customer engagement.
Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours)

- Accustomed to working effectively in a fast‑paced environment, adapting to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications
- Full Driving Licence with B+E (or passed B Licence pre‑1997).
Desirable Qualifications/Competencies
- Level 2 Award in Bulk Liquid Operations.
- Telehandler Qualification.
