A higher education institution in England seeks a Building & Technical Services Manager to ensure the high maintenance of campus facilities and services. You will lead a team and be responsible for health and safety, project management, and enhancing the student experience. The ideal candidate has experience in facility management, excellent leadership skills, and knowledge of health and safety legislation. As the Building & Technical Services Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our campus facilities and technical services are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our students and staff. You will lead a dedicated team, working to enhance the student experience through effective management of campus premises, equipment, and health and safety standards.
