Job summary

A consultancy firm is seeking a Building Surveyor in Warwickshire for a 6-month ongoing contract. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building surveying or project management.
• Experience with building surveys and managing construction works.
• Knowledge of fire safety, asbestos, and building services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage works projects across Council's assets.
• Undertake stock condition surveys and inspections.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients.
• Monitor contractor performance and compliance.
