• Degree level qualification (minimum HNC/HND) in building surveying or accredited equivalent.
• Working towards Chartered status through RICS or CIOB.
• Experience as a building surveying practitioner across various types and sectors.

Responsibilities

• Undertake surveys of sites and existing buildings.
• Support clients with procurement of contractors.
• Project manage delivery of solutions for clients.
