Building Surveyor needed in Bromsgrove

This is a temporary contract paying £23.59ph PAYE

The successful candidate will manage and respond to reactive maintenance issues across the property portfolio. They will plan and deliver cyclical and preventative maintenance programmes, lead refurbishment and improvement projects, particularly for commercial and industrial premises and undertake building condition surveys and prepare technical reports.

They will ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, and council policies and will liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
