Building Surveyor — Somerset — Contract role, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Building Surveyors based in Somerset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out technical planned maintenance surveys in a social housing setting.
• Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.

Requirements

• Experience carrying out Kitchen, Bathroom, roofing, window and cyclical maintenance surveys in a social housing setting.
• Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying.
• Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry.
