Qualifications

  • Experience in managing MEP contractors on site.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage package interfaces and technology submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Procure, coordinate, and supervise all MEP activities on site.
  • Ensure MEP works are completed safely maintaining quality, program, and cost.
  • Liaise with other trades on a day-to-day basis.

Skills

MEP experience working with a main contractor or large MEP subcontractor
Proven experience in either Mechanical or Electrical
Strong attention to detail
I.T. Literate

Education

Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Building Services Manager to work on one of our upcoming long-term construction projects in Exeter.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

To manage the performance of MEP contractors on site in line with Health and Safety, programme and quality as well as managing the package interfaces, tech subs etc.

Key Tasks:

  • To procure, coordinate, and supervise all MEP activities on site
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that MEP works undertaken on site are completed safely maintaining quality, programme and cost.
  • Review Method / Risk / Health and Safety statements
  • Quality Management of MEP installation instigating Test and Inspection Plan
  • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with other trades.
About You / Qualifications
  • MEP experience working with a main contractor or large MEP subcontractor
  • Proven experience in either Mechanical or Electrical
  • Relevant Building Services qualifications (Mechanical and Electrical)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • I.T. Literate
