Your Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain design substantiation documents for building services systems.
• Manage and assess design changes, concessions, and technical justifications.
• Prepare and present engineering substantiations to safety committees and stakeholders.
• Produce and update maintenance schedules and operating procedures to meet safety and design requirements.
• Provide technical advice and peer reviews for reports and calculations within a high-hazard environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in HVAC design and associated building services systems.
• Strong understanding of psychrometric processes and their impact on environmental control.
• Knowledge of UK legislation, standards, and industry guidance such as CIBSE and ASHRAE.
• Ability to produce clear, robust technical reports and justifications for design modifications.
• Minimum HNC in a relevant discipline, with Incorporated Engineer status or equivalent experience.
