Overview

Building Safety Lead needed in Warwick

The rate is £27.95ph PAYE. This is a temporary role. The reference number is: 5273275

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with relevant fire and building safety legislation and regulations and provide advice and support to senior managers and operational teams.
• Act as the point of contact for the Building Safety Regulator on High-Risk Residential Buildings (HRRBs), reporting performance and promoting a culture of building safety across the big 7.
• Assist the Strategic Assets Manager to deliver the overall operational objectives of building safety across the big 7.
• Be responsible and accountable for the creation and delivery of our building strategy in line with legislative and regulatory requirements and provide assurance on compliance risks and support the development of a complex investment programme across our asset portfolio.
