We have a new exciting position available for a Building Safety Coordinator where you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Building Safety across One Manchester’s portfolio of Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs) and other in-scope buildings. Working as part of the Building Safety Team you will ensure the effective coordination of key building safety activities required to meet our statutory obligations, including safety processes responding to operational needs and supporting compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Ensure coordination of building safety activities across the portfolio.
Support delivery of statutory and regulatory compliance for High-Risk Buildings.
Respond to operational needs and safety processes.
